Keep It Simple.

The first 3 questions on any project are always the same. Who? What? Why?
It sounds basic but without a clear understanding of these, the end result
turns into something overly complicated. And in the end, if it’s difficult to explain why something works then it’s not actually working.

It’s Always The People.

Getting along with the people you work with is crucial. No one designs by themselves.
We are constantly influenced by what we see, hear, and our interactions with others.
So, be inclusive and respect others. The end result will be better when we see other people’s perspectives.

Leave Your Ego at Home.

It’s the best way to continue to learn, grow and adapt. It doesn’t matter what your title is or how many years of experience you have, we can all learn from each other.

Stay Focused.

Put thought into what you do, and show your heart and dedication when doing it. Do your best and accept that everyone else is doing their best too. Don’t judge others.

This is my philosophy. It seems to work for most things in life, as well as for design.
